Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom cake orders are final once production has begun. We work closely with customers during the design and consultation process to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Standard Products
For standard bakery items purchased in-store, we accept returns within 24 hours of purchase if the product is defective or does not meet quality standards. Please bring the item and your receipt to our location for a refund or exchange.
Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of a product you've received, please contact us immediately. We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss your concern.
Cancellation Policy
Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled completion date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before completion may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already invested in the order.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom orders. If you need modifications to a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Standard products may be exchanged for items of equal value within 24 hours of purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
